How long are your contracts?
All Appy Pie Chatbot plans are available on both, monthly and annual basis.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Appy Pie Chatbot isn’t the best platform for your particular purpose, you can simply cancel your account.

How can I upgrade to a higher plan?
To upgrade from one plan to another one needs to go to the Chatbot dashboard and click on the “Manage plan” option present with the bot whose plan you wish to upgrade.

You can buy subscriptions for each bot individually. However, you won't be able to buy a single subscription for the entire account.

Can I create an unlimited number of bots in my account?
You can create an unlimited number of bots in your Appy Pie Chatbot account, but for each bot you make, you need to have a separate subscription plan in place.
